Sally’s Music & Movement

The Little Treehouse has adopted the Early Childhood Music curriculum created by Philadelphia native Dr. Sally Weaver who earned her Ph.D. in Early Childhood music with the renowned music educational pioneer Dr. Gordon at Temple University. She founded her program 18 years ago and has received numerous awards including Best of Philly.

Sally’s program features a rich and varied selection of folk music from around the world, with each song designed to introduce children to different rhythms, beats, tonalities and styles of music. Classes are lively and interactive, and include singing, dancing and lots of instrument play. Families will love playing and re-playing the CD’s which are part of the program.  The music book and CD are an extra $15 charge.  For more information about the program visit the Sally’s Music Circle website.
