What if I want to take a class only and not be a member?
You can sign up for the class only and not get any membership benefits. All classes are now on a rolling basis.

How frequently do I attend a class?
Classes are once per week.

What if I miss a class?
Make up classes are permitted, if space allows.

What if I only want to take the class for 2 months?
You can cancel at any time.

Will you be closed for holidays?
We are closed for major holidays and for a spring and winter break.

Are the breaks between class sessions?
There are not sessions. Classes are rolling, with breaks for holidays in spring and winter.

There are only 3 weeks this month- are you going to pro-rate my membership?
Membership is charged monthly. Some months will have 5 weeks- others will have three. The rate is per month, regardless of weeks.

I want to sign up- it is the middle of the month- will you pro-rate my membership?
Yes, we accept registration on an ongoing basis, and the class price will be prorated.

When will my credit card be charged?
All credit cards will be charged the first of each month.

I want to change classes next month- what do I do?
The membership is completely flexible. You may change classes as often as you’d like, providing there is space in the class.

I don’t want to take a class- I want a free play membership only. Is that possible?
Free play only membership is available for $40 per month.

Are you still able to purchase a 10-visit card?
Yes! A 10 visit card is good for anytime that you want to visit.

I am a member and get free play. I want to bring a friend. Can they use my membership?
You receive free guest passes. You may use one. Otherwise your friend can pay regular single visit rate.

Can I come and play without being a member?
Sure! We always welcome kids to come and play. Parents can buy a single visit or 10 visit card. Our rates have not changed.

Is there an additional registration fee?
No.

Do you offer trial classes?
Yes, you can join us for a free trial class.. Trial classes must be scheduled in advance by phone.
